1. Introduction

Welcome to Hair & Smile. These terms govern your use of our website and every booking made through it. By using the website, registering a code or accepting an offer, you agree to them.

2. Who we are

Hair & Smile is operated by Anova, a company established in Türkiye ("we", "us"). We sell treatment packages at partner clinics in Türkiye: we prepare your offer, take your booking and your payment, and pass your booking to the clinic that will treat you. We are not a clinic and do not provide medical, dental or aesthetic treatment, or medical advice.

3. Your booking and the treating clinic

Your booking is made with us, on the basis of the offer you accept. The offer names the treating clinic, the price and what is included.

The treatment and every service included in your offer (such as hotel and transfers) are provided by the treating clinic and the providers it works with. The treating clinic bears full responsibility for them, including:

• the medical assessment and whether a treatment is suitable for you
• the treatment itself, its outcome and any complications
• aftercare and follow-up
• the hotel, transfers and other services provided during your stay
• complaints and claims relating to any of the above

Our responsibility is limited to the sale: preparing the offer, taking your payment, passing your booking to the treating clinic, and the cancellation and refund terms in section 4. We receive a commission from the treating clinic for each booking; this does not change the price in your offer, which is the full amount you pay.

4. Price, payment, cancellation and refunds

• The price in your offer is final. No interest, fees or surcharges are added, and nothing is collected from you at the clinic.
• You pay in up to four payments: a booking payment when you accept, and the rest on the dates shown to you before you accept. Every payment falls due before the operation date.
• 10% of the price is a non-refundable booking deposit. It is part of the booking payment and covers the clinic slot, the hotel reservation and payment costs.
• You may cancel up to 15 days before the operation date. Everything you have paid except the deposit is then refunded, by the same method you paid with.
• Within 15 days of the operation date these terms give no right to a refund.
• If a payment is not received by its due date, we contact you; a booking that remains unpaid may be cancelled.

5. Codes from partner salons

A code from a partner hairdresser gives 5% off the offer we prepare after the code has been registered to your mobile number. One code applies per person, it cannot be added to an offer already accepted, and we may withdraw a code or end a salon’s participation at any time.

6. Information on this website

Content on this website (including prices, packages and descriptions) is general information and not medical advice. Whether a treatment is suitable for you is assessed by the treating clinic. Only the offer you accept is binding.

7. Communication

We communicate by text message, live chat, WhatsApp and email. By booking, you agree to receive messages about your booking and your payments, and to the treating clinic contacting you about your treatment, in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and every booking made through the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
